This is mighty wrong , 😂😂😂 as u r taking reference from the other wheel, now thing the other wheel is not true to chassis , and ur alignment becomes a mess

First, it needs to be on it's tires unless it is a true solid axle and not twin I beams. Second the steering wheel is centered. Then the pass side is aligned with the truck, then the tow in is adjusted on the drivers side.

Its better to measure your caster and camber, regardless of whether or not you can make an adjustment because you can make a better decision of a better toe angle to get the best scrub radius possible. Especially on a ford that wasn't designed well that will typically have bad camber with age.

My pops owned a 1978 Ford F350 he bought new you could put gravel landscape rock drywall plywood anything on that truck and most of the time it wouldn't even put it on the over load springs My dad's friend had a 35000 Chevy flatbed you put any weight on that truck and it was squatting on the over loads

Unless he uses a perfectly aligned wheel as a guide for the alignment of the second wheel, he could might as well have misaligned both wheels. The only thing we know from this video is that both wheels are aligned in parallel, not necessarily bisymmetrical.
